Are you the future of GSK?

03 March 2014

It’s National Careers Week and we wanted to give you the chance to talk to some of the people who work at GSK.

We have a range of career schemes for everyone from school leavers to post-graduates including: apprenticeships, summer placements, undergraduate internships, and graduate programmes. Our schemes cover scientific research and development, IT, finance, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, health economics, communications, and environmental health and safety.

Our future depends on you. You could be part of a team that researches and develops our next life-saving medicines. You could be the person who ensures our vaccines move quickly from our manufacturing sites to patients who need them. You could be part of a company that helps make a difference to people’s lives every day.

Here’s your chance to ask what it’s like to work with us

Join our head of engineering and one of our apprentice scheme graduates in a live Twitter Chat on Tuesday 4th March from 3.30pm to 4pm. This is your chance to ask what it’s like to work in our manufacturing business – it’s not all about hard hats!

How to join the conversation

We’ll be running a Q&A on twitter with the team from National Careers Week using the hashtag #GSKcareers.

You can tweet your questions to us during the chat session at @Careersweek or send them to us beforehand @GSKscience and we’ll feed them in for you.

Don’t forget to take a look at our careers section at and find out more about what we do and why.
